Bio
I am a Ph.D. Candidate in Department of Computer Science at Rice University, fortunately co-advised by Prof. Xia Hu and Prof. Arlei Silva. I earned my B.Eng. with honors in Computer Science from Shandong University in 2022.
I am actively seeking full-time Research Scientist, Applied Scientist, or Machine Learning Engineer positions starting 2027. Feel free to reach out if you have any opportunities or would like to discuss potential collaborations.
Research Interests
My research focuses on developing practical LLM and AI agent systems for real-world multimodal reasoning and personalization. I aim to build generalizable, efficient, and interpretable AI methods for industrial applications involving time series, tables, images, and text.
Personalized LLMs and Recommender Systems: Studying efficient personalization methods for LLMs and recommendation models, especially for cold-start users and user-specific adaptation.
Agentic AI Frameworks: Designing LLM-based agents and multi-agent systems for complex reasoning, decision-making, and automation in real-world workflows.
Multimodal Learning: Building models and systems that reason over heterogeneous data sources, including tables, text, images, and time series.
Time-Series Foundation Models: Developing foundation models, representation learning methods, and agentic frameworks for time-series understanding, forecasting, anomaly detection, generation and industrial monitoring.
